1. Where does ShadowStride ship from?
All products are shipped from our trusted international warehouses, primarily based in China. This allows us to offer premium quality at affordable prices. You’ll always receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?

3. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided. If you haven’t received it after 5 days, check your spam folder or contact us at support@shadowstride.store.
4. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
We also offer full refunds or replacements for any items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?
We’ve got you covered. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or details. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or solution depending on the issue.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if you ordered the wrong size or want a different color, we can help with an exchange (based on availability). The original item must be returned in new condition. Email us to start the process.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
We move fast — if you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at support@shadowstride.store. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to stop it, but we’ll always try.
8. Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown at checkout if available. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated based on your location and chosen method.
9. Will I need to pay customs fees?
Some international orders (outside AU or the U.S.) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
