At ShadowStride, we want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and refunds.
1. Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

The item is not listed as final sale or marked non-returnable

You provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund, or

A store credit, depending on your preference and item availability
Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting us.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing or colour issues where stock allows. To start an exchange, email us at support@shadowstride.store with your order number and request. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we’ll ship the new item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

Worn or damaged footwear

Gift cards

Clearance or “final sale” items
Please check the product page before purchase for any return restrictions.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not match its description.
